Stabilizer - Arm Support
After using the stabilizer for some extended shots, we decided to build an arm support so that some of the weight of the rig would be taken off the wrist and transfered to the bicep and shoulder. The stabilizer can be used with or without the arm support, but the shots seem to be much more steady with the arm support in place.

The center picture above shows the bent sheet of steel where the forearm rests. The picture at right just shows where the arm support bolts to the stabilizer.
